Pineapple Salsa (Pareve) 


1 Ripe Pineapple
1 Medium Red Pepper
1 Medium Yellow bell pepper
1 Poblano chile (or Japlapino for hotter)
1 Tablespoon Candied Ginger Minced
1/2 Medium red onion
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar



1: Preheat grill to high
2: peel cut pinenalpple in 8 sections
3: cut in half and discard seeds Red, Yellow and Pablono peppers
4: Grill Pinapple and Peppers until charred (8-12 minutes)
5: Dice Pineapple, Red, Yellow and Pablano peppers in 1 inch dice
6: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix, adding more Lime juice if desired
